The popularity of Vienna Square’s Guest Visitation Program requires that we establish guidelines, on a first-come/first-serve basis, (subject to availability) to accommodate all of our reservation requests.
• In the event your plans change, please notify us at 1-877-791-9907, as space is limited.
• Vienna Square representatives reserve the right to deny participation to anyone not seeking to purchase a new home within one year or who otherwise does not meet our guidelines. Anyone who has been our guest before must receive approval to be our guest again.
Specifications may change or be discontinued at any time and any prospective buyer is aware that any promotional materials that have been viewed may have extra features or improvements shown therein which may not be included unless specifically provided for in the purchase contract.
